We are on a mission to equip and empower millennial-identifying managers with the skills, mindsets, resources, and community they need progress in their careers and manage complex humans in increasingly complex times.
Why We're Here
As the largest generation in today's workforce, millennial workers arguably have the most impact and influence on their workplace's success.
We're showing up, working hard, and advancing quickly.
AND we are more burnt out than any other age group.
It's no surprise why. Millennials have been living with uncertainty for decades. We're navigating office politics and complex cultural and societal dynamics. We're emerging into leadership in workplaces operating under outdated and often harmful ideologies. We're building families of our own, navigating crippling debt, and becoming caregivers for aging parents. And of course, we're munching on avocado toast, spending our life-savings on therapy, and collecting participation trophies like it's our job.
IT'S A LOT. Living and leading in these times can be incredibly lonely.
But you don't have to be alone. The Millennial Manager Collective is here for you!!
MMC was born in 2021 after a small group of humans found each other on the internet (what's more millennial than that?). Since then, we have established a strong community of millennial-identifying managers who are looking to lead and manage differently. We learn together and support each other. We laugh, cry, scream, and celebrate together. We are friends and colleagues, dreamers and doers, partners and teachers.
We are a vibrant community of diverse human beings building our individual and collective capacity to thrive in a world
that doesn't always see our value.

We accept new members into the Community quarterly. Our next cohort will launch on October 3, 2023 and is by invitation only. If you are on our waitlist, you will receive an invitation.
